Guest Privacy Policy
At To Be Seenn, protecting the dignity and privacy of the people we serve is not optional — it is central to who we are. We do not photograph, film, or post guests' faces. No dinner guest is ever photographed or filmed in a way that reveals their identity.
We do not share guests' names or identifying details. Guest names, personal stories, and identifying circumstances are never shared publicly — on our website, social media, with press, or with donors — without that guest's direct, informed consent.
How guests are identified Guests are invited to our dinners through trusted community partner organizations — shelters, churches, and recovery programs already working directly with them.
Storytelling with dignity When we share about our work — in photos, press, or online — we do so through the room, the table, and the experience itself, never through a guest's identity. Any guest quotes or stories shared are done anonymously and only with permission.
Questions If you're a guest, a partner organization, or a donor with questions about how we handle guest privacy, reach out through our Contact page.
